Job Responsibility To provide support and input to the recruitment cycle, including processing applications, assessment and selection, and the onboarding and induction of new staff. Responsible for recruitment administration, including screening applicaitons and assisting with the organizing of interviews and liasing with candidates. Familiar with work pass processes Responsible for attendance management and maintaining smooth offboarding process. Responsible for Quarter statistic and reporting of various HR-related reports, etc: compensation and performance (KPI). Responsible for company administration work,receiving and sending parcel delivery, office supplies and company asset management. Possible to travel oversea for training purpose Basic account, excel knowledge for data entry Job Requirements Minimum Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business or its other equivalent. Minimum 2 years\'s experience in human resources and administration. Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and professional ethics.
