\xef\xbb\xbfClient Background: ConfidentialIndustry : ConfidentialLocation: Iskandar Puteri, JohorHeadcount: 1Position Title : HR GeneralistTenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM6,000 - RM8,000Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Provides an efficient and effective administrative support service across all HR and payroll processes.\xc2\xb7 Provides first level support to the HR department, employees and managers including day to day advice for leaders.\xc2\xb7 Prepares and creates new employee and contract variation related documentation.\xc2\xb7 Supports managers with the recruiting and hiring of new employees in region, such as posting job adverts, supporting on interviews and managing the offer process.\xc2\xb7 Administers employee benefit schemes across the APAC region.\xc2\xb7 Processes all statutory payments e.g. maternity, paternity and sick pay and ensure appropriate documentation is received and records maintained.\xc2\xb7 Ensures employee onboarding and offboarding processes are completed.\xc2\xb7 Updates and maintains HR system accuracy.\xc2\xb7 Responds to stakeholders\' enquiries on a timely basis.\xc2\xb7 Practices continuous improvement in relation to HR initiatives and how we can advance our ways of working across the business.\xc2\xb7 Assists with Payroll:o Answers employee payroll questions and reconcile with the finance team and checking payroll for accuracy where necessary.o Updates annual social security, housing fund information and other government requirements.Requirements :\xc2\xb7 Well-versed in local employment laws and regulations and ensures policies/best practices are adhered to.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment; able to multitask.\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years\' experience in a similar level role.\xc2\xb7 Excellent relationship building skills both with leaders and employees.\xc2\xb7 Ability to influence others to reach agreement and action.\xc2\xb7 Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages.\xc2\xb7 Good facilitation skills; fostering collaboration and cooperation.\xc2\xb7 Confidence to deliver high impact presentations to senior internal stakeholdersSub Specialization : Human Resource;HR Generalist
