Job Responsibility Assist in assigned HR admin duties such as staff claims, letters, staff records update. Assist in performance management, compensation and benefits, recruitments, employees welfare and training administration Assist in filing and matters related to company employees\' EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax Implementing and monitoring HR policies, procedures and practices Assist the colleagues / HOD to handle staff disciplinary issue, staff counselling, termination and other matter relates in compliance with labour law Answer any queries from teams regarding HR matters.
