Our client is a multinational company with a global branding supported by an established management team and a culture that supports personal and professional development. A robust training framework is one of their core pillars in investing in their employees.They are looking for multiple Human Resource HR Officer L&D - Training, Learning & Development

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting global business partners with L&D data management through multiple communication channels and case management processes.
• To research on latest trends and development areas, collaborate with HODs and recommend to the Head of HR update & changes to be considered for L&D programmes
• Work with third-party consultants and professionals to identify, organize and implement in-house employee learning strategies and programs.
• Processing Learning inquiries and transactions to a high quality and service standard in accordance with global L&D standard operating procedures and standards.
• Prioritising and managing case workload to achieve service levels and quality targets
• Answer complex questions, escalate those cases that are outside standard guidance and need further support through resolution processes
• Following detailed procedures to support processing compliance, working through solutions to deviations across multiple teams and business partners.
• Analyse requests in detail to understand the impact on downstream processes and system impacts across multiple countries.
• Information and knowledge sharing of ideas and opportunities to guide continuous learning and improvements.
• Complying with global guidelines and standards.
• Contribute to the design, delivery and continual improvement of leading practices and ad hoc projects as needed

Key skills & experience:

• Minimum working experience of 2 years within Human Resource
• General HR are encouraged to Apply
• HR Executive with Learning & development exposure will be advantageous
• Great english communication skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, hands on and a positive attitude are essential
• Experience working in a shared services centre or MNC would be an advantageous
