HR Intern
Recruitment Team
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records with new hire information. Assist in screening resumes to shortlist potential candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants and hiring managers. Support the recruitment team with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Passionate in Human Resources. Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource. Management or equivalent. Understanding HR document management and compliance requirements. Hands-on experience in data organization and record centralization. Development of communication and coordination skills with internal stakeholders. Practical exposure to digitization and structured document storage. Problem-solving skills in handling missing or incomplete records. Experience in project documentation and reporting. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Must be able to work at Bukit Raja 2
