Assist in preparing HR and payroll-related documents, including employment contract stamping and administrative tasks
Coordinate interview schedules and support onboarding processes for new hires
Verify MC, update leave records and any other HR and payroll related works
Liaise with internal departments to support HR operations
Perform other ad-hoc HR tasks as needed
