to support the daily operations of our HR and Administration Foreign affairs department mainly assisting in various HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, employee records management, contract administration, and general office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with
recruitment activities
including job posting, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and candidate coordination.
Support
onboarding and offboarding
processes, including document preparation and staff briefing.
Maintain and update
employee records, HR files, and databases
accurately.
Assist in the
preparation and checking of monthly payroll data
, attendance reports, overtime, and staff claims.
Help prepare
employment contracts, internship agreements, and HR-related letters or documents
.
Liaise with the
Administration Department
on staff matters, office management, attendance, and welfare coordination.
Support the implementation of
HR policies, procedures, and staff engagement activities
.
Assist in organizing
training, compliance, and HR development programs
.
Assisting the Administration Foreign affairs department regarding permit renewals, FOMENA and authorities
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or Management.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and willingness to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
