Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Learn to conduct reference checks and background verifications.
Prepare and update employee records, reports, and other HR-related documents.
Identifying and appropriately disposing of outdated records, ensuring our systems remain streamlined and effective.
Gain exposure to employee relations by helping to organize employee events/activities and promote team culture.
Undertake ad hoc office administration tasks when required.
Requirement:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (Final Year students preferred).
Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-driven and motivated individual, who is always eager to learn and grow.
Able to maintain private and confidential matters at all times.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & Word.
Availability for an internship of up to 6 months added advantage

Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,300.00 per month
