Learning the day-to-day operations of the HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefit, leave management, medical insurance and employee relations.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Meticulous, organizational skills and the ability to work as a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
