Job Title: HR Management Role (Malaysia)

About Us

Adore Global Ops Sdn. Bhd. is a part of Wine Adore Group, a fast growing wine importer, distributor, retailer and hospitality company operating across Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and Malaysia. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a highly capable HR professional to support our growth in Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

2. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

3. Develop HR strategies to support business growth and workforce planning.

4. Lead performance management processes, including evaluations and KPI tracking.

5. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

6. Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and HR documentation.

7. Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.

8. Collaborate with regional HR teams

Requirements

1. Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Manager roles.

2. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor regulations and HR best practices.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficient in HR systems, documentation, and performance management.

5. Ability to work independently, handle confidential matters, and manage multiple tasks.

6. Experience in hospitality, F&B, or retail industry is a plus.
