- Manage daily SAP SuccessFactors operations, including system setup, customization, troubleshooting, upgrades, and related support activities.
- Offer comprehensive support for HR-related systems, gaining insights into business scenarios and facilitating integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other applications.
- Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors, encompassing Employee Central, Recruitment, Payroll, and Performance Management.
- Proven track record in implementing various SuccessFactors modules effectively and efficiently.
