Manage the full recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
Coordinate orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.
Guide staff on leave & claims applications via mobile apps.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and workplace concerns.
Support employee engagement activities.
Assist in managing performance appraisals, confirmation, probation extensions, and increment letters.
Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
Training & Development
Organize and track internal training, certifications, and bonding activities.
Handle HRD Corp grant application and submit levy statements monthly.
Payroll & Statutory Management
Process payroll accurately and timely, including deductions and bonuses.
Ensure timely submission of statutory payments: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDC levy.
Liaise with government authorities (KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, JTK, HRDC, IR, MBSP, Immigration, etc.)
Employee Benefits & Claims
Administer employee benefits (insurance, medical, uniforms, etc.)
Handle employee claims and assist in resolving benefit-related inquiries.
Attendance & Leave Management
Manage leave and attendance via mobile system.
Ensure adherence to company attendance policy.
Administrative & Office Operations
Handle HR documents, correspondences, meeting arrangements, CCTV access, and access card control.
Support office operations and assist in grievance handling when necessary.
Requirements:
Education:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in a similar HR/Admin role.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR functions and Malaysian labor laws.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software (e.g., SQL Payroll, Fingertech, WinCom).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
