An exciting HR Manager job opportunity has arisen in a leading food manufacturing industry. This role offers the chance to oversee an impressive headcount of 1250 employees, covering end-to-end HR functions. About the HR Manager Role:
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all major HR functions within the organisation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy. Your role will also involve bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. You will support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital while nurturing a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all major HR functions within the organisation
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Handle bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Nurture a positive work environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

To succeed in this HR Manager role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively to ensure timely deliverables and ability to manage various stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this HR Manager position will bring proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive. You should have strong knowledge of HR functions such as pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc. An understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures is essential. Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities are required along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A problem-solving mindset coupled with decision-making aptitude is highly desirable.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive
• Strong knowledge of HR functions (pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.)
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
