Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
- Business Nature: Manufacturing of food
- Oversee the full spectrum of human resource operation
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or its equivalent.
- 10 years experience preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Experience in UNION.
- Experience in labour relations and employee relations.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all level of companies.
