Job Highlights \xe2\x80\xa2 High Basic Salary, Allowances & Attractive Incentive \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding career development opportunities \xe2\x80\xa2 Friendly and professional working environment We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 To lead the Group HR department and to ensure the daily smooth running of the HR operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy \xe2\x80\xa2 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and/ or other issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Administering benefits, compensation and performance appraisal system that drives high performance \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings. \xe2\x80\xa2 To handle all disciplinary & IR issues/disputes, including investigation, disciplinary action, suspension and termination of employment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing for the Group, maintain accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the recruitment & selection process by identifying candidates, conduct interviews and issuance of HR related letters \xe2\x80\xa2 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics \xe2\x80\xa2 Other ad hoc human resource and administration task may be added from time to time. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management related discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess a high level of integrity with good leadership, consultative and negotiation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of related statutory legislation includes Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal skills and resourceful in problem solving with the ability to work independently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with KPI setting, monitoring and review \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
