Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Responsible for full spectrum of HR matters (incl. recruitment, compensation, and benefits, leave management, payroll, training, etc) 2. To ensure that the company HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved. 3. To assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline and HR administration. 4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations: This may include staying up-to-date on changes to employment laws and regulations and ensuring that the organization is following these laws. 5. Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations. 6. Formulate, implement, and review HR policies and procedures and HR budget 7. Familiar with Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK). 8. Manage compliance and timely submission of statutory documents and payments, e.g. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDF. 9. Liaise with KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, Immigration, external auditors, company secretary, tax agent, bankers, landlord, insurance providers and relevant local authorities, where required REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources or any relevant discipline. 2. Minimum 4 to 6 years of HR experience. 3. Proficient with the relevant Employment law. 4. Strong leadership, planning and interpersonal skills. 5. Good and proficient communication skills and able to handle any issues by management, staff and others. Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
