A leading global financial services organization is experiencing substantial expansion on a global scale and is currently, seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, to join their growing team.

This is an individual contributor role and you will be the \'face\' of HR to your stakeholders. Your responsibilities in this role will encompass a broad range of HR functions, including but not limited to workforce planning, hiring, performance management, employee relations, talent development, HRIS and ensuring compliance with labor laws in the local market. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike on various HR-related matters. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be working closely with a small regional team of senior leaders.

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of HR best practices and be able to collaborate effectively with different teams. Proficiency in technology and strong business acumen is essential and being able to communicate fluently in mandarin, will be highly valued.
