  • Candidates with a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administrative, or any related field of studies is preferred.
  • At least 5 or 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have professional knowledge in the business domain or HR domain.
  • Well -rounded working knowledge of employment law, talent strategy, performance management, workforce planning, compensation etc.
  • Able to work proactively and have a good sense of teamwork.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing personality and have strong influence and impetus.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Familiar to Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws, regulations and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement, and all electronic hiring processes.
  • Handle HR administrative functions.
  • Participate in recruitment activities i.e. career fairs, career talks, etc.
  • Under the guide to use the professional knowledge of the domain to coordinate related resources and carry out the work of one or several modules such as recruitment, competency and qualification, people-job matching, and organization management of business departments.
  • Support the department\'s Talent management, support the manager to plan the talent structure and implement the talent strategy of the department, and build the talent pool through the learning and training coaching the staff with the manager.
  • Perform other routine HR basic operations support when required.
  • Assist in the process of reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies, plans, and processes per the Company\'s direction and statutory requirements. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • To participate in process improvement activities and plans for HR Development.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and other relevant statutory requirements.
  • Assist in process monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities i.e. such as EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN.
  • Participate in the organization of social and recreational activities to enhance the well-being of the employees and to promote employees\' engagement.
  • Provide HR advisory service to line functions and ensure all employment activities comply with various employment legislations.
  • Perform other tasks assigned.
