Job Description


  • Overseeing daily HR and administrative operations.
  • Managing the complete talent acquisition process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent, while supporting workforce planning.
  • Handling compensation and benefits administration, ensuring accurate payroll processing, lawful deductions, statutory compliance, and coordination with relevant authorities.
  • Participating in the performance management system, compiling annual appraisals, identifying training needs, and formulating employee development plans.
  • Managing administrative tasks efficiently, such as insurance renewals, leave and benefits administration, claims processing, and vendor relations to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Preparing HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Acting as a change agent, driving continuous improvement in policies and procedures to enhance the overall employee experience and foster a thriving workplace.
  • Undertaking any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR systems and data analysis.
