Overseeing daily HR and administrative operations.
Managing the complete talent acquisition process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent, while supporting workforce planning.
Handling compensation and benefits administration, ensuring accurate payroll processing, lawful deductions, statutory compliance, and coordination with relevant authorities.
Participating in the performance management system, compiling annual appraisals, identifying training needs, and formulating employee development plans.
Managing administrative tasks efficiently, such as insurance renewals, leave and benefits administration, claims processing, and vendor relations to ensure smooth office operations.
Preparing HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Acting as a change agent, driving continuous improvement in policies and procedures to enhance the overall employee experience and foster a thriving workplace.
Undertaking any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within similar industries.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
Collaborative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
