2. Conduct recruitment, selection, interview, selection, and placement; Establish and improve the company\'s recruitment process and system;
3. Focus on talent allocation and retention from multiple perspectives such as onboarding, probationary assessment follow-up, employment confirmation, personnel development and promotion, department deployment, and daily employee interviews;
4. System: Establish internal job level and salary systems, and performance evaluation systems within the organization; Improve the promotion and salary increase system, competitive recruitment system, and establish channels for promotion and salary increase;
5. Salary accounting and personal income tax: monthly salary table accounting and verification: attendance verification, personal income tax declaration, etc; Monthly and annual salary analysis, project cost analysis and control;
6. Fixed asset inventory registration and storage;
7. Establish an administrative supporting approval process to ensure that the approval process is clear, efficient, and compliant;
8. Familiar with labor laws and labor contracts.
