Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR Manager position in the F&B industry.
In depth knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, Malaysian Labour Law, SOCSO, Industrial Relations Act 1967, Immigration, LHDN and foreign worker requirements.
Preferably speak and write in Mandarin candidate as per job requirement is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Result oriented and able to work in a team as well as independently.
High mobility and able to travel with own transport
Responsibilities
Manage full spectrum of human resource services covering recruitment, employee relations, T&D and performance management.
To interpret day to day business objectives and prepare, design and execute Human Resource operational workflow practices, contribute to the continuous improvement of policies and processes by working and collaborating closely with team members and other departments within the Company along with external parties including vendors, business associates and relevant bodies.
Support the recruitment and selection of all staff resources for the company, job advertisements, sourcing new candidates, arranging and conducting interviews and new employee induction.
Provide HR monthly report to Board and management team.
Strategic planning in terms of manpower planning, budget and management involves engagement, deployment, career development and training needs for employees.
Initiate, plan, review and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure HR practices are constantly benchmarked against best practices implemented and to monitor its compliance and effectiveness.
Answering related HR queries and providing ad-hoc advice and information to the employees and management.
Provide HR guidance on grievances and disciplinary issues.
Issuance of personal letters including the letter of appointment, confirmation, promotion, resignation and other HR correspondences.
Renewal of group insurance, office tenancy, licensing, etc.
Creating and reviewing job descriptions.
Review and update the Employee Handbook on a periodic basis to ensure that IT is updated from time to time and with relevant policies for improvement.
To support in any other HR and administrative tasks as and when required.
