Develop HR policies and implement initiatives aligned with the overall company business strategy.
Setting HR metrics and track progress (e.g., turnover rates, cost per hire
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues to promote healthy work environment and discuss employees\' career development paths with managers.
Support and suggest improvement for recruitment process (of local and foreign workers), Performance Appraisal that drives for high performance.
Develop compensation and benefits plans & review departmental budgets.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: Minimum Degree in HR/ Business Admin/ Management or any equivalent professional certification
Experience: Minimum 13 years of proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role or of any HR managerial role position in mass manufacturing environment
Skills: Good in Change & Culture Management, Talent & Leadership Development, Employee Total Rewards Management, Employee and Industrial Relations
Attributes: Hands-on with all HR processes including payroll system. Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, solid understanding of labor legislation.
