The perfect candidate will showcase a verified history in HR leadership and a resolute dedication to providing outstanding service to both our company and its workforce.- Oversee and manage the recruitment process for both executive and general production workers, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and grievances.
- Develop and implement training and development programs.
- Supervise monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide leadership and support to the HR and Accounts departments.
- Prepare and review HR-related letters and documents.
- Address and resolve employee-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure accurate handling of HR P-files, attendance, and leave management.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized employee personal data files.
- Oversee the maintenance of factory facilities and office equipment.
- Manage course registration, process applications, and update records accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with safe management measures for the office and arrange accommodation for foreign workers.
- Oversee foreign worker levy renewals and ensure compliance.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, plans, processes, programs, and projects.
- Assist with the strategic planning and day-to-day operations of the HR department.

- Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous for liaising with the China subsidiary and HQ.
