Responsible for all areas of HR functions and to provide human resources support including recruitment, employee and/or labour relations, job evaluation, policy development and documentation, compensation management, benefits administration, employee welfare, employee services and counseling, organization development, training and special projects.
Responsible for government liaise likes HRDF, SOCSO contribution or claimable, INCOME TAX, JKKP, SPAD/LPKP and IMIGRATION.
Performance management and improvement systems. Lead HR practiced and objective that will provide an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, standards, goal attainment, recruitment and ongoing development of superior workforce.
To formulate and enforce the structure of company procedures (Standard Operation Procedure, Rules and Regulations, Work flow) and also to ensure full compliance among staffs and workers.
Conduct, organize, co-ordinate and provide the training including On-Job-Training for all employees.
Develop cost control strategies.
To support all department current needs involving Human Resource matters.
To advise the management and MD towards legal matters from time to time.
