Role : HR Manager Location : Preferred Alor Setar but Cyberjaya / Petaling Jaya or Penang can be considered. Responsibilities: Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource Management functions, including Recruitment & Employee Records, Training & Development and Performance Management. On-boarding and off-boarding processes. Training - analysis and implementation. Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations. Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management, including industrial relations. Skills : Knowledge of industrial relations laws in Malaysia. Strong execution and organizational skills. Ability to analyze and resolve problems, exercising good judgement. Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent screening and placement skills. Excellent verbal and written skills. Requirements : A bachelor\'s degree in human resource management/hospitality/legal/finance/business administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of work experience in an HR leadership role within a structured corporate environment. Knowledge in HR policies and procedures. Computer literate. Good command of both spoken & written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Possess a good work ethic with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
