Job Description


1. Responsible and accountable for the full spectrum of HR including selection & recruitment, compensation and benefits, manpower planning & training, and other HR-related matters. 2. To develop, maintain and review the Human Resources Policies, SOPs and Employee Handbook in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations. 3. Handling employee relations issues and grievances. 4. Be constantly aware of the F&B market demands on staffing and remuneration and benefits and propose to the management team. 5. Prepare, draft, update and recommend human resource policies, and procedures in accordance with Company\xe2\x80\x99s direction and statutory requirements. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. 6. To liaise with external agencies in relation to HR matters 7. Complete ad-hoc duties assigned by management. Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM3,313.91 - RM9,969.07 per month Benefits:

Experience:
  • Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 5 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
