Department: Human ResourcesPosition: Recruiting ManagerReports to: DirectorPurpose of the PositionTo meet the companyxe2x80x99s recruitment needs by conducting recruitment and talent acquisition activities under the guidance of the company's human resources policies.Human Resource Planning and Recruitment Policies1. Responsible for the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of the annual human resource plan (staffing budget).2. Responsible for updating, optimizing, and implementing recruitment policies to ensure compliance with the company's internal control requirements.Recruitment Implementation and Management1. Manage the recruitment team to conduct all recruitment activities according to company policies.2. Collect recruitment requirements and track the approval process.3. Select recruitment channels for specific positions and publish job postings.4. Screen resumes, arrange interviews, participate in interviews, and provide evaluations for certain positions.5. Ensure the completeness of the entire set of recruitment documents in compliance with audit requirements.6. Control recruitment costs.Recruitment Channel Management1. Select and regularly monitor recruitment channels, analyzing their effectiveness periodically.2. Ensure the timely publication of job postings, ensuring accuracy and updating, pausing, or terminating postings as needed.Onboarding and Probation Management1. Communicate compensation, benefits, and relevant company policies to new hires.2. Coordinate with HR teams to handle onboarding procedures.3. Track probation periods and ensure the timely and effective completion of regularization procedures.Other HR Management Responsibilities1. Manage the e-HR recruitment module.2. Maintain the talent pool.3. Establish and maintain good relationships with local talent acquisition authorities.QualificationsEducation & Majorxe2x80x93 Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Chemical-related fields.Work Experiencexe2x80x93 2-3 years of work experience; candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries preferred.Special Knowledge & Skills1. Familiarity with human resource management theories and practical skills.2. Knowledge of national and local labor policies and regulations.3. Strong organizational and coordination skills.4. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.5. Basic English speaking ability.6.
