. The successful candidate will oversee the full HR spectrum from recruitment and training to employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet manpower needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
Employee Relations
Serve as the key contact for employee issues and grievances.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and local labor law.
Performance Management
Manage annual appraisal processes and KPI systems.
Support managers in goal setting and performance improvement initiatives.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and develop development programs.
Monitor training effectiveness and support career progression.
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), and benefits administration.
Conduct salary benchmarking and propose compensation improvements.
Policy & Compliance
Maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws.
Provide HR analytics and reports to support management decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
5-8 years of progressive HR experience
, including at least
2-3 years in a managerial role
.
Strong knowledge of
employment law, HR best practices, and performance management systems
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary:
RM6,000 - RM8,000 (depending on experience)
Transport Allowance:
RM250 (car) / RM150 (motorcycle) after 2 years
Bonus:
Based on company performance (up to 1 month)
Insurance Coverage & EPF/SOCSO contributions
Annual Leave:
13-20 days (based on years of service)
Probation Period:
3-6 months
