2. Bachelor degree or above in management related majors;
3. More than 5 years working experience in personnel manager, experience in large enterprises is preferred;
4. Familiar with office software and related personnel management software;
5. Have a deep understanding of each functional module of human resource management, and be able to guide the work of each functional module;
6. Familiar with the national labor law, familiar with national, regional and enterprise laws, regulations and policies on contract management, salary system, employment mechanism, insurance benefits, training, etc.;
7. Good motivation, communication, coordination, team leadership, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
Responsibilities
1. Formulate company\'s strategic plan and goals, company\'s human resources strategy and implementation plan;
2. Be responsible and improve company\'s establishment of various human resource management systems, powers and responsibilities;
3. Formulate and improve human resources system and the company\'s various system management;
4. Fully support and cover with training, payroll, appraisal, KPI, labor relations, etc., and supervise the implementation process to ensure the realization of the results;
5. Regularly analyze human resources data and submit the company\'s human resources analysis report;
6. Supervise and control the performance evaluation help process of every department and continuously improve the performance management system;
7. Assist in the formation of company philosophy and corporate culture
