Job description Company Industry: Manufacturing / Production Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, payroll administration, performance management, compensation and benefits, training & development, work compliance, employee communications and etc. Determine appropriate compensation and pay grades for various positions; research, design, update and administer compensation and benefits plan. Provide advice to Management and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company\xe2\x80\x99s HR rules and policies. Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal and government reporting requirements. Familiar with New expatriate EP / PVP application, renewal for Expatriate EP / PVP, renewal work permit for foreign worker. Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies - eg: Ministry of Foreign Labor Complete other tasks assigned by the company. Requirement: Experience in large manufacturing plant Good communication skills and coordination ability. Required language(s): English, Mandarin (MUST), Malay. Bachelor degree or above.
