Job Description


Requirements 2+ years Malaysian Visa Processing (MDEC) Foreign Hiring Management (FKW) knowledge of Malaysian immigration law. EDUCATION: Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Admin, Management Responsibilities Handle A to Z Employment Pass application process for our FKW candidates. Responsible to prepare and process the immigration applications and liaise with government agencies, authorities, embassies, MDEC etc. until the completion of the applications. Prepare accommodation FKW upon request Ensure boarding process is smooth to avoid any escalation from our client. Prepare applications, memos and coordinating the logistic for applications submission (online/ counter). Assist in general administration (internal and external) duties including scanning, filing, answering calls, responding to email, generate daily/weekly/monthly report, invoicing, expiry report etc. Update the application status to stakeholders Assist and manage clients\' expectations, deadlines and follow ups Research and update the Immigration Laws and Regulations to the internal team Liaise with stakeholders for the required documents throughout the application process Securing appointment with immigration, authorities, and embassies for documents endorsement Liaise with government agencies and authority to ensure processes are within the act/ legal compliance Work closely and directly with Immigration and our Client Manager at MDEC Resolve all complex enforcement and immigration issues for Associates, improving Client confidence and avoiding escalations Managing closely/update stakeholder for EP progress i.e, Recruitment, Sales, HR and Associates / Candidates Assigning task to the respective team members according to their task specialization / subject matter expert Ensuring proper maintenance and update worker\'s data movement. Police report for absconded / MIA foreign worker and document preparation as required by Immigration for cancellation of EP. Managing Foreign Hire Exemption Process via Myfuturejobs Portal to advertise, Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) and get approval of exemption letter from PERKESO as new foreign hire ruling. Reduce Special Pass cases Administrative In charge of Office Admin and accommodation Any other tasks as required by Management
