IMMEDIATELY VACANCY - Preferably Chinese \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle full spectrum payroll and compile monthly reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure accuracy of all payroll related transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 To preparation for all the employees e.g. update attendance, leave, absence, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To update and maintain employee\xe2\x80\x99s payroll information in the system \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange monthly submission and payment of EPF, SOCSO, PCB and other salary deduction payments to regulatory bodies before due dates \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure statutory requirements are adhered to at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain an effective filing system for proper maintenance of all payroll documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of Form EA \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and maintain leave records and submit monthly reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in any other HR-related functions as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 To undertake any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned from time to time by the HOD. The Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years of payroll experience in the manufacturing field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with Bossnet Payroll System is added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and multi-task. \xe2\x80\xa2 Dynamic, highly motivated and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good working attitude and a problem solver. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate with all levels of people.
