HR Officer
A rapidly growing MNC manufacturing in Bayan Lepas is looking for a HR Officer to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to oversee all HR payroll & administrationMain responsibilities of the HR officer role

  • Overall supervise all HR administration, especially on documentation.
  • Overall responsibility for attendance, time clocking, over time claims & payroll processing for direct/ indirect KAMP
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll, provisions cost to Finance Department
  • Ensure monthly payroll provisions (Estimate Cost) to Finance Department
  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and staff documents.
  • Maintain E-Leave for Direct/ Indirect staff
  • Arrange hotel/ flight booking for expatriate and visitor
  • Expatriate renewal work permit
  • In charge of canteen, employee locker and uniform
  • In charge of stationery order and maintain the records.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
  • 7S Activities
  • Involve in Company\'s Environmental Policy and Environmental Management Systems.
Key requirements
  • Diploma/ SPM with 5 years\' experience OR
  • Fresh Graduates in bachelor\'s degree in related field
