employee relations, performance management and evaluation, training and development, and also compensation and benefit.
\xe3\x83\xbbPlanning, implementation, and assessment of career development and training programs for
employees.
\xe3\x83\xbbEnsuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and company policies.
\xe3\x83\xbbPromoting initiatives for internal communication and boosting employee morale.
\xe3\x83\xbbProviding advice and support for problem-solving and conflict resolution within the organization.
\xe3\x83\xbbStrategic planning and execution of general administrative tasks within the organization,
including facility management and security management.
\xe3\x83\xbbManaging company hostel facilities and foreign workers working permit and discipline as well.
\xe3\x83\xbbManaging company facilities including general affairs and transportation.

Location Perak
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Hold a Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in HR course.
\xe2\x9c\x93Possess 3 years of extensive experience in either human resources management
or general administration.
\xe2\x9c\x93Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead departmental teams.
\xe2\x9c\x93Have strong communication skills and the ability to build smooth relationships with
management and workers.
\xe2\x9c\x93Be knowledgeable about legal requirements and regulations, particularly labor laws and regulations,
and capable of formulating strategic HR policies based on them.
\xe2\x9c\x93Exhibit problem-solving skills, decisiveness, high ethical standards, and the ability to manage
confidential information appropriately.
