Position title: HR Officer

Location: Kulim, Kedah

Headcount: 1

Tenure: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the areas of human resources including but not limited to talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation & benefits administration, salary administration, employee and labor relations, training development, records management, succession planning, audit & statutory compliance.
  • Ensure smooth daily HR operations.
  • Maintain HRIS system and date update accuracy and timely.
  • Manage performance management, Merit increase/focal review.
  • Responsible for expatriate/foreign worker management.
  • Develop and maintain HR processes, policies and procedures.
  • Building strong talent pipelines and drive recruitment initiatives across organization by working closely with hiring manager.
  • Conduct new hires orientation and documentation.
  • Handle employee relation matters including disciplinary, domestic inquiry.
  • Administer training and development.
  • Organize HR and company events including but not limited to career fair, health week campaign, donation drive, annual dinner, etc.
  • Ensure all documentation fill complete, update and filing.
  • Maintains historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping pass and current records.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies and government department to ensure problem solving and meeting objective.
  • Generating reports on regular basis and ad-hoc basis as and when request.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Knowledge operating HRIS system.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in related field.
  • Familiar with Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
