Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
Open to fresh graduates.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable handling administrative systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality and work effectively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process HR-related letters (e.g., confirmation, renewal/extension, transfer, and other employment-related correspondence).
Maintain and update employee personal files, service records, and HR databases (both physical and digital).
Ensure proper filing and documentation for audits, accreditation, and compliance purposes.
Assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, staff documentation, reporting, and day-to-day HR operations.
Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
Provide general HR support to staff and academic units, responding to inquiries and assisting with HR-related matters.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of HR documentation and requests.
Provide assistance to the HR team in other related tasks or projects as assigned.
