Onboarding and offboarding experience
Skills of implementation of C&B and deep understanding of Labor Law (Legal background will be a plus)

Deep knowledge of working with Google framework (Disc, Sheets, Docs)
Good speaking skills in English and Malaysian

Responsibility
Adapt the staff size to the needs of the business: enable the healthy team growth
Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate
Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation
Cooperate with employee relationship specialist to develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
Cooperate with Senior Management and Division Head on Division restructures, workforce planning, identifying high potentials
Cooperate with Senior Management in Performance Review, working closely with Division Head on implementing the yearly Performance Review
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Attend weekly/monthly meetings with respective Division, and give feedback to Senior Management if necessary
