Implement the organizations human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future objectives.
Develops, manages, coordinates, and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.
Responsible for processing payroll, calculating taxes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial records.
Develop, manage and/or administer a variety of human resource-related programs to ensure that the employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organizations human resource strategy. These programs include: recruitment and selection, onboarding; training and development; compensation & benefits; performance evaluation; human resource information systems; payroll; employee communications, HR Portal; industrial relations.
Assist on the design & implementation of a Remuneration framework and reviews aligned to the business\' needs and maintain external competitive-ness for the Commercial team.
Corporate Audit / COBC requirements
Support new employees orientation and effective On-boarding programs
Formulate, implement, and administer HR policies & procedures and supervise policy and legal compliance at affiliate level
Continuously introduce process and systems improvements with the end of improving effectiveness and timely delivery of HR services.
Any other tasks or projects that will be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 5 years working experience in payroll admin and basic understanding of compensation
and benefits admin * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent Excel skills
