Job description
Our client is a multinational business that is looking for a HR Operations Partner that will cover operational and administrative HR processes across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing daily HR Operations that will cover the employee life cycle while managing a team of 3 that will cover the welfare of approximate 600 employees across Asia Pacific. This role will also be responsible of determining policies and processes appropriate to each market and drive HR operations for the region.
Requirements
A successful application would need to come from a HR Operations/ Shared Services environment and be able to perform in an ambiguous environment while being fluid in processes. Minimum 12 years of HR Operations experience with people management experience is required.
