Assist in recruitment activities such as resume screening, interview coordination, and preparation of offer letters.
Maintain and update employee records (staff files, leave records, attendance).
Prepare HR documents including appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and internal memos.
Support basic payroll processes, claims, and allowances (if required).
Assist with new employee onboarding and basic company orientation.
Support staff training arrangements and internal company activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor regulations.
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned from time to time.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
