  • 1 year of experience in payroll administration or related HR role
  • Familiarity with payroll software and systems
  • Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations

Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll, including calculations of salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all payroll-related activities
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personal information
  • Generate payroll reports for management review and financial purposes
  • Handle employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as annual leave, medical benefits, and EPF/Socso/EIS contributions
