Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF submissions.
Prepare HR documents (offer letter, increment, confirmation, resignation, etc.).
Manage employee onboarding, bank account opening, and probation extension.
Maintain employee records, leave management, and personal insurance updates.
Draft and issue memos, notices, and HR announcements.
Coordinate employee training and maintain HRDF records.
Update and manage HR handbook and company policies.
Support management in HR system updates (e.g. Rodium, HR panels).
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR or payroll processing.
Good understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory contributions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
Responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
