With Chloe 2.0 Project we will achieve the Functional Autonomy of all functions serving CHC. Our 'HR CHC Support Functions and CHLOE 2.0' team and AMEA China HR Team belong to CHC HR department. We play a crucial part in Sanofi CHC growth, by providing HR solutions to support our CHC business in its vision to become the best FMCH company In & For the world. Your Role: The AMEA & China HR PMO CHLOE 2.0 is part of the 'HR CHC Support Functions and CHLOE 2.0' team and AMEA China HR Team. The role reports solid line to AMEA China CHC HR Head, and dotted line to Global BHR CHC Support Functions & CHLOE 2.0 HR Project Leader. She/he is responsible for coordinating and monitoring all the HR related project activities in scope of AMEA & China Chloe 2.0: Staffing, Social Processes, HR processes, including HR Functional autonomy, In close relationship with CHLOE 2.0 Project HR Leader/ Global PMO and with the Regional and functions HRs, Including all CHC functions scope (GSFs,Industrial Affairs, Science, Growth) in close relationship with the corresponding Global BHRs. Acting as the only HR point of contact in Malaysia, provides strategic & operational Human Resources support and business partnership to designated functions/leaders across GBS team. Main responsibilities: Act as a link between the Project team, AMEA & China Region HRLT and the different HR stakeholders Share all the project guidelines and updates with AMEA & China countries/Zones and escalate their potential challenges or warning points Coordinate all potential AMEA China specific HR sub streams in close collaboration with the core HR Project team members Coordinate the Asia GBS Staffing plan with Global HR CHC PMO and Global staffing partner Chloe 2.0 that will enable CHC to operate in autonomous way. Follow up the regional hiring plan together with the Global staffing partner Chloe 2.0 Implementing policies and processes in line with Sanofi & CHC HR strategy Implement Communication & Change management and ensure a timely and engaging communication takes place with all stakeholders Acting as a HR business partner for the CHC Team in Malaysia and ensuring the delivery of HR services as it evolves Key Stakeholders and Interaction CHLOE 2.0 Project HR Head & Chloe 2.0 Project team as necessary CHC HR network (Global & Regional/Local) CHC GBS (Project) Team Talent acquisition / RPO teams Sanofi Group People & Culture team as relevant About you Experience in program management in complex transformation project environment Knowledge and experience as HR Generalist and HRBP, with the ability to understand and challenge HR operating model as well as ways of working Consultative skills in change management, aptitude for process thinking and improvement, solution oriented &creative thinking Strong in transversal collaboration with diverse and cross functional teams Someone who can positively influence team members within Sanofi Group and CHC Able to communicate effectively within senior management levels Headcount and personnel cost baselining In depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day employee management Fluency in English (French is a plus) At Sanofi diversity and inclusion is foundational to how we operate and embedded in our Core Values.
