HR Coordinator / Specialist
0 to 10 Years of experience
Languages Known: Japanese, English
Experience in responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing HR administrative duties relating to all core processes provided by HR Services APAC
Duties will also include supporting and educating our customers in using the Company?s HR System (Workday), review and approval of notifications in Workday and producing relevant paperwork in line with agreed internal processes
HR queries via telephone, email, chat, case management system
responding to all employee HR queries
Administrative and system support on all HR Cycles as required including on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management cycle
Payroll Specialist
0 to 10 Years of experience
Languages Known: Japanese, English
Experience in employee maintenance, tax information, direct deposit, new hire, terminated and current employee processing
Manage interfaces and reports between Workday HR and local payroll systems
Projects related to system upgrades for Workday, local Payroll and Time & Attendance systems
Experience in processing end to end payroll
review of the monthly payroll time data as required, employee maintenance, tax information, direct deposit, new hire, terminated and current employee processing
