The hiring company This is a well established reputable public listed company, engaged predominantly in civil engineering and construction and real estate property development. Currently they are actively seeking to engage a HR payroll officer to be part of their overall HR team. This position will be based at their corporate head office in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya. The working hours: 8.30am-5.30 pm Monday-Friday. About The job Reporting to and work closely with the Payroll Administration Manager, this role encompasses all employee levels within the organization. As the HR Payroll Administrator, your primary duty will be managing the payroll and HR function ,this role will initially focus on payroll administration and reporting and workers compensation. You will assist the Manager with basic HR adminisration and managing employee records. Your core responsibility will involve managing the day to day administration of payroll processing and benefits of approximately 300-500 employees/headcounts using payroll system Kaizen. Requirements We are looking for candidates with tertiary education qualification in HR Disciplines or Business Administration and have some experience in HR portfolio. In this instant, preferences will be Female candidate in age group 25-35. Candidates with previous high volume payroll experience will be a distinct advantage although not a must conditions as training will be provided. She must possess outstanding communication skills, verbal and written in English and conversant in BM and advantageous if also proficient in Chinese/Mandarin. To be successful in this role, you must be flexible and able to deal with all levels of people across the business.
