HR Recruitment| Up To 5K | Freelance

Job Duties :

Source the candidates from any available Media. Screening & select the resume that match with client's reqirement. Contact the candidates, improve the candidates resume and ask for the updated resume and missing information. Send that resume to the Manager, Once approved arrange the Interview for the Candidates. Remind and do follow up with the candidates before & After Interview Assign at least 2 position in a month

Requirement :

Willing to learn & attend training. Have a strong desire to succeed and earn high income. Have initiative and willing to take action. Able to accept challenges & persevere. Able to follow instructions & follow a proven system without deviation. Candidates must have good English communication skills.
