Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in HR Administration and Recruitment coordination
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day payroll operations including but not limited to preparing and processing monthly payroll including statutory payments.
Handle full cycle of recruitment - Planning, Sourcing, Shortlisting, Interviews, Offer of employment
To monitor staff attendance and leave management
To prepare the monthly report and database for the Management.
Handle new staff orientation
Ensure submission of necessary documents for recruitment
Preparation of Letter of Employment on a timely basis
Handle employee relations, grievances and staff disciplinary issues, including disciplinary actions, and staff misconduct advising and guiding management on the best practices by following employment laws.
Handle the key processes of our employee life cycle (Such as confirmation, termination, resignation and etc.)
Preparation of HR related Letters on a timely basis
Interpret and implement approved company policy and procedure consistently and fairly.
