Employer Background Multinational Chemical Company - APAC Shared Services Employment Type 12 months contract (Renewable / Convertible) Working Location Bangsar /Petaling Jaya (Hybrid) Responsibilities
- Admin job, system maintenance for Korean entity staffs. Update data in SAP.
Seek to understand business needs and provide support to a range of HR - processes and programs within Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and Labor Relations & Law.
- Offer day-to-day support to service recipients on HR inquiries, work collaboratively with others and perform researches on market insights and legal legislations to provide resolutions.
- Participate process improvements, automation, and digitalization measures to offer best service delivery experience.
- At least degree holder in any discipline with passion in HR
- Fresh graduate is welcomed.
- Proficient in Korean Language : TOPIK 5 and above
- Japanese Language: N2 and about
- With working experience in HR related position is preferred.
- Good communication skills, able to work independently, hungry to learn and with good attitude
