: Develop and manage the HR operations in a shared services environment based on agreed service levels. This includes establishing appropriate service levels with business HR leaders to manage HR operations and expectations Continuously improve and implement HR policies and procedures. This includes ensuring that policies are aligned with the organization\'s goals and objectives, and that they are communicated to employees in a clear and concise way. Develop and manage the HR budgets of which include tracking expenses, forecasting future needs, and ensuring that the budget is in line with the organization\'s financial goals. Work with other departments to ensure that HR needs are met. This includes collaborating with department heads to identify and address HR challenges, and developing HR solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Develop and manage HR shared services team to continuously motivate the team for excellent service delivery and continuous improvement. Collaborate with technology team to continuously enhance HR processes by leveraging technology solutions or automation. Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices. This includes attending conferences, reading industry publications, and networking with other HR professionals. Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field At least ten years of experience in HR management and administration, preferably in a shared services environment and/or using SAP HR system Strong leadership and management skills Excellent team management and development skills Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to manage change and adapt Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to resolve problems with innovative ideas and make prompt decisions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
