Manager, HR Shared Services
Location/s:

In this newly developed role, you\'ll help lay the foundation for a new HR Shared Service structure that includes vendor relationship management, advancing the development of a case management and knowledge database system, SOP development and the go forward plan. You\'ll also get to:

  • Manage HR shared services operations responsible for a wide array of HR support and administration including employee inquiries, HR functional processes and employee data transactions (ensuring accuracy and controls to meet compliance requirements).

  • Partner with HR Global Process Owners, COE\'s, and regional leaders to ensure end-to-end processes are documented and that knowledge is transferred to the HR Shared Services team members.

  • Partner with HR Global Process Owners (WFA, compensation, benefits, recruiting, payroll, and learning) to support HR Programs and lead improvements to enhance the support provided by the HRSS team.

  • Helps manage the Shared Services vendor relationship and oversees their support of Tier 1 and 2 on a global scale.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in vendor change requests and invoice review.

  • Lead HR project work leveraging effective project management including evaluating objectives, scope, establishing timelines, and driving execution and accountability to deliver results.

  • Be as change leader, helping to anticipate, assess and address the needs of the key partners and assist in change management activities (communication, change impact, training efforts).

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or other related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of combined HR experience to include expertise in Global HR Shared Services plus deep multi-function HR expertise (e.g., WFA, compensation, recruiting, payroll, benefits, learning, etc.)

  • Vendor contract management experience (HR outsourcing preferred)

  • Expertise working with enterprise-wide Customer Relationship Management portal and case management systems (Salesforce/Service Now) and Human Capital Management (Workday else Oracle Cloud HR/SAP SuccessFactors) technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HR Outsourcing, contracting and shared services industry standards.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Consultative and collaborative style that allows for influence without authority.

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills necessary to interact with staff at all levels of the organization and candidates.

  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, project management, and process documentation skills.

  • Attention to detail and analytical skills necessary to evaluate situations and take appropriate action.

  • Strong data and analytics capabilities, establishing metrics and managing for results.

  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to research and analyze data drawn from multiple sources to find problems and make effective decisions.

  • Resilient and able to deal with changing business requirements and challenging situations in a positive and productive manner.
